The lack of progress on transfer of tasks is not acceptable and is a matter of great concern to the IMO

This was already reported in the Sunday Business Post who quoted IMO President Dr John Duddy who highlighted that "It’s the interns and senior house officers at junior level who end up doing all this work". 

The IMO has demanded that the HSE immediately provide a report that quantifies the extent of task transfers. This must be followed up by a plan of action to ensure that task transfers are implemented in hospitals.
