The IMO Consultant Committee are asking that you cast your vote in the IMO Ballot on the new consultant contract. The negotiations were extremely challenging and the IMO summary document, which can be viewed here, sets out what was achieved by the negotiating team and the areas of concern, along with the applicable pay scales. 

 

Consultants can choose to stay on their current contract or transfer to these new terms which the Government has determined will be the terms offered for all future consultant appointments.
