As you will be aware, the final reversal of FEMPI was due to be paid to those on salaries of over €150,000 on 1^st July 2022.

 

In the majority of cases, the new pay rates were not implemented and we have continually engaged with the HSE around this, seeking clarity around when this will be paid.

 

The HSE have now confirmed to us that this payment will be “in production” with payroll in February 2023, with the intention that payment will be made early in March 2023.

 

Clearly, given the time lapse since July 2022, payments when made in March will feature an amount of retrospection to cover the period since July.
