Further to our e-mail last week, we have had it confirmed by HSE CERS and HSE NDTP that the rollover of the Consultant Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance has been extended to December 2022. This rollover is in response to the ongoing service pressures arising out of the COVID – 19 pandemic.

 

Previously, the IMO had secured a rollover of the annual allowance of €3,000 to December 2021, but owing to ongoing pandemic pressures, it had proven necessary to seek another extension.
