We are writing in relation to your B-Factor payments. Several consultant members have been in contact regarding non-payment of same, despite it being a contractual entitlement. 

 

Following IMO engagement, we have ensured consultants have received their B-Factor payments and are receiving appropriate arrears due.

 

Please note your B-Factor is an additional payment for the liability of being on call, this is a pensionable payment, and your C-Factor is a payment for actual attendance, and you must claim within 3 months of the call.
