As you will know, the deadline for the casting of ballots on the proposals for new CME and Rest Days arrangements was 5pm on Monday, April 14th. I can confirm that both proposals were overwhelmingly endorsed by IMO Consultant Members. The IMO will now notify the HSE of the ballot result and seek details as to the implementation of the proposals.

I would like to thank those who voted, those who contacted the IMO with queries and those who attended information meetings on the proposals.
