WiMIN stands for Women in Medicine in Ireland Network and its aim is to bring together women from all stages of their medical career, in all specialties and grades, to share their experiences and to learn from each other.

This year’s conference will be held at Fota Island Resort, Cork, on 23^rd of March. Topics will include Mentoring, Open Disclosure, Health Inequality and Pay Parity. Nives Paic, General Manager of IMOFS, will also be holding a talk on Financial Wellness for Women, particularly addressing the protection and pension gap for women.
