Nives Paic

General Manager

Nives, a Qualified Financial Adviser, has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector and has been with IMO Financial Services since 2014. She is responsible for the strategic and operational development of IMO FS with a view to delivering profitable growth for the business while providing a cost-effective and professional advisory service to clients. Nives has particular expertise in people and change management as well as implementing operational processes taking into consideration regulatory requirements.

Francis McGrath

Sales and Business Development Manager

Francis is a Qualified Financial Adviser, Retirement Planning Adviser as well as Special Investment Adviser. He has 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector and dealt with self-employed individuals as well as private and public sector employees. In the public sector he advised members of various unions focusing on personal financial planning for pension, retirement, investment opportunities and income protection.

Francis will be mainly looking after IMO members located in Dublin and surrounding counties.

Pat Donnelly

Senior Qualified Financial Adviser

Pat has been a Qualified Financial Adviser since 1991 and holds specialist qualifications in both Retirement Planning and Asset Management. He is an active member of both the Institute of Bankers and Life Assurance Association. Prior to joining IMO Financial Services in 2016, Pat held various senior wealth management positions in both the banking and accounting/tax consulting industries. Based in Dungarvan, Co Waterford, Pat is our senior financial adviser looking after IMO members in the southern regions.

Phillip Carroll

Qualified Financial Adviser

Philip is a Qualified Financial Adviser as well as Retirement Planning Adviser. He has been working in the financial services industry since 2007 dealing with all aspects of life, critical illness, income protection and pensions.

Philip is our dedicated Group Scheme Specialist covering hospitals nationwide. He will help hospital employed doctors understand their new sick pay rules and how the IMO group schemes protect their income in all eventualities.

He also manages the mortgage business on behalf of IMOFS for our members

Padraig Scarry

Qualified Financial Adviser

 

Padraig is a Qualified Financial Adviser since 2003 and also holds the  Retirement Planning Adviser (RPA) Qualification. Padraig  has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Before joining IMO Financial Services, he worked for over 25 years in the banking sector as a wealth management consultant. 

Padraig has vast experience in personal financial planning. He is also a member of the Institute of Bankers. Living in Galway, Padraig will mainly service IMO members in the west and northern areas.

Audrey O'Connor

Audrer O'Connor

Financial Officer & Group Scheme Administrator

Audrey is a Qualified CPA and is an Accredited Product Adviser (APA) Life & Pension, she has worked with IMO FS since 2004.

She works on all aspects of financial accounts for IMO Financial Services as well as administering the five IMO Group Schemes.

Deirdre Meagher

Compliance Officer

 

Deirdre is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and is a member of the Institute of Bankers.

Deirdre is also a Licentiate of the Compliance Institute (LCI) and holds The Professional Diploma in Compliance (PDC).

Deirdre has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector. In the last number of years, Deirdre has worked in supporting Compliance Management and leading staff training in the compliance requirements relating Insurance, Investments and Banking Sectors.

Before joining IMO Financial Services, she held various senior positions in Life Assurance, Banking, and Insurance Broker industries.

Chris Rooney

Team Leader

Chris is a Qualified Financial Adviser, Retirement Planning Adviser and holds a Certificate in DC Pension Scheme Trusteeship. He has 10 years’ experience in the Irish financial services sector and has held several positions ranging from financial advice to team leadership roles. 

Carol O’Sullivan

Senior Administrator

Carol has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, in individual pensions, life, investments and group risk administration as well as compliance.  She is an Accredited Product Adviser and has previously worked with Irish Pensions Trust and JLT Private Wealth.

Carol supports the sales team and contributes to the administration of new and existing business.

Erica Shaw

Administrator

Erica is a Qualified Financial Adviser and joined the administration team in May 2019.

She has over 7 years' experience working in administration and financial services, most of her experience is in banking with high-net-worth clients. She is supporting the team in her role as Mortgage, Life & Pensions Administrator.

Avril Mullen

Administrator

Avril joined the team in 2019. She has over 10 years’ experience working in administration and financial services. Most of her experience is in pensions and self-directed investments. She is an Accredited Product Adviser and has previously worked with JLT Private Wealth.

She is supporting the team in her role as Life & Pensions Administrator.

Luke Clyne

Administrator

Luke joined IMO Financial Services in 2020 and has recently completed his Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) examinations under the LIA Apprenticeship Scheme.

On completion of his final year in ATU - Atlantic Technological University, Sligo (2022) Luke will be awarded a BA Honors degree.

He is supporting the team in his role as Mortgage, Life & Pensions Administrator.

Cathal Manning

Junior Administrator

Cathal joined the team in April 2022. He has experience in administration and financial services working with unions and both private as well as public sector individuals. He is an accredited product advisor in Life Assurance, Investments and Loans and is currently working towards a full QFA qualification. Cathal is supporting the administration team with mortgage, life, pension, and investment products.

Adam O'Carroll

Administrator

Adam joined IMO Financial Services in 2022 as an apprentice under the LIA Apprenticeship Scheme. Following completion of the scheme, apprentice achieve a BA honors degree awarded from ATU - Atlantic Technological University, Sligo that incorporates the full QFA.

Adam is currently in the process of completing this course and intends to qualify in 2025.

Adam supports the administration team in day-to-day operations
