Background
The work is completed to conduct a consultant benchmark study. The purpose of the study is to gather more information about consultants as well as to identify what are the important issues for consultants and as a follow on to establish what issues the IMO can work on to make improvements for consultants.

Update
The information included in the completed surveys is currently being collated and preliminary information is expected in the next few weeks. The results for this survey will be launched at the end of March 2011.
