IMO Intern Nights
The IMO recently held three Intern Nights in Dublin (21st July) Galway (19th July) and Cork (20th July) which were attended by a number of Interns from various hospitals in the locality.
The Interns heard from both the IMO executive and current NCHDs on how best to be prepared for the Intern year, including information of terms and conditions of employment, day to day working and the importance of building good working relationships with colleagues.
Very positive feedback was received from those who attended and the IMO advises any Intern that was unable to attend a meeting to contact the IMO so we can forward them on an Intern information pack.
Congratulations to the three Interns who won the IMO draw for an Apple iPad held at each of the Intern nights
