Please also find attached detailed written submission that was submitted to the Committee in advance of the meeting. Both the submission and oral presentation were extremely well received by the Committee and an engaging debate on the issues was held. On foot of this positive engagement the IMO will seek to ensure that real results are achieved for NCHDs in all of the matters discussed.
