The framework document setting out the arrangements for incremental credit for qualifications and experience, as per the January 2015 LRC Agreement, was signed off by the Consultant Incremental Credit Committee on Friday last, 21st August. Both this framework document, and a guide to implementation, will shortly issue to the system. A separate IMO communication providing a further update, and guidance to members, will shortly be issued.

Please note that payment of the salary due under the Agreement will be effective from 1st September 2014 for Consultants appointed prior to 28th January, 2015; or from the date of commencement of employment, if that date falls after 28th January, 2015.
